Glacier Ridge Gear started with long days on the trail, trying to pack everything we needed to explore more and stay safe… but always feeling like something was missing. The outdoor gear available either wasn’t built with safety and accessibility in mind, or it wasn’t designed for rugged, real-life adventures with a four-legged trail buddy.
One day, after Ruby was injured on a hike and I had to pull everything out of my backpack to reach the first aid kit, I decided to create our first product. I needed something that would help me and Ruby explore further, feel safer, and always make it back home — no matter where the path took us.
